You can report a soul from their profile, from your conversation, or during a call. Pick what happened: spam or a fake profile, harassment or bullying, hate or discrimination, unwanted sexual content, violence or threats, self-harm concerns, illegal activity, or someone who seems underage. You can add up to 500 characters in your own words.
Reports are confidential and we review every one. Your identity is never shared with the reported soul. A moderator can dismiss the report, warn, or suspend the account at fault.
Reporting does not block the soul or change your conversation. If you also want distance, use Block; it works instantly and is never announced. And if someone may be in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.
