Souls are anonymous to each other. No real names anywhere: you appear as your Soul ID, or as the private alias another soul saved for you. No photos and no uploads; everyone is a Soulie avatar. Your name, date of birth, gender, location, email and phone are stripped on our servers before a profile response is ever sent to another soul, and your phone number is never shared between members.
"Last online" is shown as a coarse phrase, never an exact timestamp, and only if you switched activity sharing on. Reports never reveal the reporter. Blocks are never announced.
Towards us, the honest word is privacy protected rather than anonymous: we need your verified email and phone to run your account, and we handle them carefully.
