Delete your account from Settings. Here is what happens.
You leave Soul Search and matching straight away. Your Soul Matches can no longer see your profile or reach you, and you are signed out on every device.
You then have 30 days to change your mind. Sign back in during those 30 days, press "Keep my account", and nothing is lost. After 30 days your account closes for good and you cannot sign back in.
We hold on to your records after that only where law or safety requires it. To have them erased, write to us at hello@everconnected.com.
If you just need a break, pause instead. Pausing keeps everything and reactivates the moment you sign back in.
