I didn't get my verification code

Codes are 6 digits and each one is valid for 5 minutes.

1. Email codes: check spam and any "promotions" or "updates" folders, and confirm the address you typed.
2. Text codes: make sure your phone has signal and can receive texts from new senders. If you once replied STOP to us, texts to that number are switched off.
3. Resend: you can request a new code after a 60-second cooldown. A new code makes the old one useless, so always enter the newest.
4. Type it carefully: 5 wrong attempts kill that code and you will need a fresh one.

There is a daily cap of 20 codes per address or number, so a stubborn loop is better solved than retried. In the United States, text delivery is still being enabled with our carrier, so +1 numbers may not receive codes yet; the screen tells you if that applies.
