Quest Studio is the workspace for invited quest creators, and everything a creator saves there is a draft. Drafts are not visible to souls. The EverConnected team reviews and publishes quests, and publishing is done by the team only.
So a finished quest that nobody can see is waiting for review, nothing more. Your drafts are safe, and you can keep editing them until they are published.
