Every EverConnected account has a verified phone and a verified email behind it. Your number is used for verification codes and your own notifications, nothing else. Other members never see it, and we do not send marketing texts.
The check does not stand in your way at the start. You can take your first 3 connected calls before it becomes blocking, so a delayed text never stops your first conversation. From your fourth call onwards, a verified phone is required.
If you are in the United States, text delivery is still being enabled with our carrier, so a code may not arrive on a +1 number yet. The screen will tell you if that applies to you.
