On the checkout page. When you upgrade, the secure Stripe checkout has an "Add promotion code" field; enter your code there and the discount is applied before you pay.
There is no code box inside the EverConnected app itself, so no need to hunt for one. The checkout page is the place.
If a code is not accepted, it has ended. Codes are switched off by the team rather than expiring on a printed date.
